WebLymphomatoid granulomatosis is an “angiocentric and angiodestructive lymphoreticular proliferative and granulomatous disease” that primarily involves the lungs and may involve the CNS in approximately 20% of cases.115 The disease may mimic Wegener’s granulomatosis, and its progression to lymphoma has occurred.
