WebFeb 21, 2016 · On veteran dificulty i didnt use the PSI operatives that much. I did have 4 of them but i mostly used my normal troops. On legendary the PSi troops are just amazing and i often employ them on hard missions. They are the free "save your arse" card you can keep for that moment a gatekeeper jump you.
